The Little Ghost Who Was a Quilt and More! from The Modern Diary


Barb sent me "The Little Ghost Who Was a Quilt" for my birthday and it inspired me to whip up a little quilt to match.  
This is an Eye Spy I finished at the old house that I am not sure made it in the blog.  
Hazel enjoyed doing some art work at my house yesterday.  She made a pom pom jack o lantern and then several monsters.  She is three now--time flies so fast!

A Little Bit of This and a Lotta Snow! from The Modern Diary

Barb and I got our A Quilting Life BOM made right away this month.  
Bekcy completed her "Ruby" Jubilee!  LOVE IT!
I just got the Merry Mayhem New Year's  mystery back from Melissa and got the binding on it yesterday and today.  I am keeping this one for a fall quilt.
We got dumped with a boatload of snow yesterday!
I completed four more green RSC blocks in the larger size this past week.  I also had a stomach bug so did not get much more sewed!

More Sewing! from The Modern Diary

I worked on the Modern Quilt Mystery this week.  I had forgotten to label my blocks in part one so I went back to do that and realized I had not sewn all of two of the parts in the right quantities.  So I did that and picked back up with part two.
I then mixed up fabrics from my two sections so this block is a no go!

Tea Party is a Flimsy and Rainbow Scrap Challenge 2023 Gets a Start! from The Modern Diary

Tea Party (from Mystery Quilts Anon NY Mystery) is a flimsy.  It still needs a good press, a quick square up and a backing, but the binding is made.  Andi from Arizona offered to custom quilt it for me, so I will be sending it to her in a few months when she can slot it in.
